Global Scholar Education provides academic mentoring and tutoring services, including IB Diploma Programme support (Diploma Path), private lessons in French and Portuguese, and related educational consultancy. All services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from Global Scholar Education. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full at the discretion of the mentor.
All content on this website, including texts, images, course materials, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Global Scholar Education and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Users agree to use this website and its services in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse, including unauthorised access, harassment, or submission of false information, may result in immediate termination of services.
Global Scholar Education provides mentoring and academic support services with the highest professional standards. However, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or IB scores. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
Global Scholar Education reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
